Has your doctor ever said “Everything looks normal” but you know something is off?
Me too.
I’m a mom of three, and four years ago, chronic low-energy, stubborn weight gain, and embarssing acne left me feeling helpless and totally alone. I tried meditation apps, intermittent fasting, HIIT workouts, medication, and a bunch of supplements Instagram told me to buy. None of it worked.
I explained all of this to my doctor who said “Well, it’s no wonder you’re so tired. You have three kids! And weight gain is expected as you age.” This was crushing. I couldn’t believe she was telling me that this feeling was normal.
So, I did what all mothers do. I ignored my symptoms.
But overtime, that became more and more difficult. I was constantly bloated. My cycles were irregular. I had crippling bouts of anxiety. Some days, I would dread my children coming home from school because I couldn’t fathom keeping my eyes open another minute.
My kids felt it. My husband felt it. And on my son’s second birthday, I hit a breaking point. I knew something had to change.
So I took matters into my own hands.
I enrolled in an intense, 12-month nutritional therapy program where I learned how to restore my body’s natural function with strategic nutrition and lifestyle changes. It was like a year-long light bulb moment, and I was hooked.
My quest for information didn’t stop there. I went on to complete training in gastrointestinal healing (aka gut health), and that’s when things really began to click.
Finally, someone was confirming my suspicion that yes - all of my symptoms were connected. I felt so hopeful, and energized with this new perspective on healing. For the next 6 months, I prioritized my health like I never have before, and I’m proud to say that many of my most problematic symptoms have disappeared.
I believe deeply that optimal health is available to all of us.
I believe that our bodies have innate wisdom and can achieve healing when we have the right information, the right tools, and the consistency to apply them.
As a Nutritional Therapist and Restorative Health Practitioner, I help women who feel dismissed, overwhelmed, or stuck finally get clarity and results—by addressing root causes through highly personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and gut-health support.
