Welcome!

I'm a married mom of three with a billion blessings and a pretty normal life—full of the pressures of motherhood, limited time, and countless reasons why choosing health can feel hard.

But then I ask myself:

What’s harder? Choosing health daily, or living with chronic low energy, poor sleep, a short fuse, and weight gain?

In early 2022, right after an interstate move, my meals looked like whatever could be prepped and eaten in under eight minutes. I was doing all the things for my people, but not for myself.

I was constantly bloated. My cycles were irregular. I had crippling bouts of anxiety. Some days, I would dread my children coming home from school because I couldn’t fathom keeping my eyes open any longer.

My kids felt it. My husband felt it. And on my son’s second birthday, I hit a breaking point. I knew something had to change.

What followed was a slow and steady learning curve. Protein? Fiber? Strength training? Choosing books over Netflix? These were all brand-new concepts to me. But little by little, I watched myself change.

Some days still look like a protein bar for lunch. Some weeks, my tennis shoes only come out to kill bugs in the mudroom. Some nights, my fuse is still short. But those moments are rare now.

Most of the time, I’m choosing health daily, through whole food nutrition, hydration, strength training, movement, stress management, and precious, precious sleep.

I believe deeply that optimal health is available to all of us. I believe that our bodies have innate wisdom and can achieve healing when we have the right information, the right tools, and the consistency to apply them.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I’m on a mission to support individuals in achieving their health goals by focusing on the foundations of health. I’m so glad you’re here!
